1. How long will it take to receive my order?

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide!

3. When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday to Friday and typically ship out within 1–2 business days. Please note: we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

4. What is Shipping Protection?

Shipping Protection is an optional add-on for just €2.99 that gives your order extra coverage in case something goes wrong during shipping — like delays, loss, or damage. It helps us resolve these issues even faster and more efficiently for you.

5. Do I need Shipping Protection?

We insure and track all orders by default, but with Shipping Protection, you're covered with priority handling and faster resolutions. It’s a small add-on that helps us go the extra mile for you — especially during high-volume periods or for international deliveries.


If you’ve added Shipping Protection, our team will fast-track your case and resolve it with priority. Just email info@pawfyworld.com with your order number, and we’ll take care of it.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and secure local options depending on your location.

7. What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, you're eligible for a full refund or a free replacement. Just contact us with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.

8. Can I change or cancel my order?

You can request a change or cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we can’t guarantee changes — but once your item arrives, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund.

9. How do I return an item?

To return an item, simply email us at info@pawfyworld.com with your order number. We'll walk you through the return process and provide the return address.

10. What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us immediately at info@pawfyworld.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s). We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

11. When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
